Can I try Taskspace before paying?

Yes! Taskspace is free forever for teams of up to 3. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial — just add a card to start, and you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during your trial.

What happens when I hit my AI credit limit?

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan for more credits, purchase add-on credit packs, or wait until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We'll prorate any differences.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, Team is $7.20/user/month when billed annually vs $9/user/month when billed monthly.

What counts as a user?

A user is anyone with an active account in your organization. This includes managers, team members, and admins. Deactivated users don't count toward your limit.

Can I use Taskspace for multiple companies?

Yes! The Business plan includes unlimited workspaces, perfect for multi-company founders. The Team plan includes up to 3 workspaces. Each workspace can represent a different company, department, or team.
